Besides the A1 style that these five girls have, I think it also has a lot to do with the fact that they are all rocking natural hairstyles which is so symbolic to me of the ever-changing and evolving beauty standards that exist today. It makes me so proud to see girls of color rocking their natural curls and features with confidence because it is truly something to be embraced and proud of and I personally think that it is time society views it the same way.

source: tumblr One thing that I have been doing since school ended is a lot of thinking. Not thinking in the common sense but really taking time to understand my thoughts and who I am. I recently took the Meyer-Briggs Personality Test and the results that I found are shockingly accurate. One thing that I did read about myself that is extremely accurate is just how much I think and sometimes overthink. Everything for me must be calculated and logical in order for me to accept it. In terms of my actions I am head over heart. Another thing I found is that I am not 100% in touch with my emotions; I know that they exist but never really allow myself to manifest them. Not because I consider myself a weak person or fear being so, it's just not something that I really do or consider an issue. However, one important thing that I think I've learned is that it's ok to feel down sometimes and allow myself to be in touch with my feelings and it's also ok to take a break from all of the calculations I make and just relax and channel my thoughts elsewhere.

source: tumblr One thing that I am definitely loving is the pajama trend. I personally am not one to leave the house in pajamas under any circumstances. However, I do believe that tailored garments in pajama style can be extremely cute and comfortable. Though I'm still contemplating if I'd wear these slides, their allure is undeniable.
